How to proceed to have a translation?
1) You preferably send us your original text in digital format (doc, rtf, txt) as an attachment of an email. Please specify the destination language, the desired delivery date as well as the format (email, CD, by fax, etc.)
2) We study your order and we make you our best proposal concerning the price, the delivery time and the format.
3) You let us know by email or fax that you agree to our proposal.
4) We send you a contract for signature. The translation will be started as soon as we receive the signed contract.
5) Before the delivery time elapses, you receive the translated text as well as the related invoice that we kindly ask you to pay within eight days.
